The Effect of Job Promotion on Work Motivation: Evidence from PT. Beiersdorf Indonesia

Promotional opportunities offered by companies to employees will create a desire for motivate themselves. This study aims determine the effect of job promotion on employee performance at PT. Beiersdorf Indonesia using saturated sample 50 respondents, where all population is used as with significance level error 5% and an r table 0.284. Data processing assisted SPSS version 25 Microsoft Excel. uses quantitative methods data collection done observation, questionnaires, documentation methods. The test results showed correlation coefficient work motivation was 0.699, which means it strong in same direction because positive. In addition, determination 0.488 (48.8%) rest (51.2%) influenced other factors that are not included variables this study. regression equation (Y = 7.051 + 0.431X) shows there positive influence between promotions Indonesia.
